Collection and processing of personal data

When you confirm the wedding and event planning services of Joana Silveira Unipessoal Lda, your personal data will be shared with different entities with whom we have direct or indirect contractual relations. In particular, hotel establishments, venues, restaurants, companies that provide services of décor, photography, video, make-up, hair, transportation and other partners and/or entities that provide services that are necessary for the organization of your event and/or wedding in Portugal.
In this way your data will be necessary to make all the confirmation of services of the different suppliers, partners or entities and other services subject to legal impositions in the country of destination. The data we provide to these entities is the minimum necessary to achieve the desired result.
When you confirm the services of Joana Silveira Unipessoal Lda for organising your event and/or wedding, we will ask for the name, address, tax or passport number, date of birth, marital status, nationality, telephone, email, ID number, date of issue, expiring date, health or food restrictions or other data that is necessary for planning your event/wedding in Portugal.
Data can be collected through the PWP Portugal Wedding Planners’s website, by email, telephone or face-to-face contact.
The purposes for which personal data are collected and processed
Customer management – the activity of event planning implies the booking of several services at the customer’s request from suppliers / hotel establishments and other entities. The confirmation of these services is only made with the provision of personal data to the services providers requested by the client.
Disclosure – After registration in the existing form in the site (page Contacts), PWP Portugal Wedding Planners will send information about its services to the contacts authorized by email.
The length of time the data is stored varies according to the purpose for which the information is used. There are, however, legal requirements that require to keep the data for a certain period of time, currently 12 years. Thus, where there is no specific legal requirement, the data will be saved and stored for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or supplied, until otherwise indicated by the customer.
Assignment to third parties

If you do not agree with the above conditions, PWP Portugal Wedding Planners will not be able to advance with your request and consequently will not be able to organise your wedding and/or event.
We do not give your personal data to third parties who are not involved in the organization of your event and/or wedding.
We guarantee the client the exercise of the right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition legally foreseen. If the client wishes to exercise the rights of access, rectification, elimination or limitation of the treatment that the GDPR grants them, he / she should send us an e-mail that demonstrates the intention.
Complaints or Suggestions and Incident Reporting
Users, Service Recipients and PWP Portugal Wedding Planners Customers have the right to complain to regulatory authorities.
